Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups chopped romaine
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) red-wine vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Put the lettuce on a platter.
  2. Arrange chicken, bacon, egg, avocado, tomato, and cheese in rows.
  3. Dress at the table and toss.

Notes
