Description

Pisco Sour. From Olivia.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces (60ml) pisco
  • 1 ounce (30ml) lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce (22ml) simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake pisco, lime, syrup, and egg white hard without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  3. Strain into a glass and dot the foam with bitters.

Notes

The dry shake builds the foam. Ice first makes a thin head.
