Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
