Pasta Salad. From Olivia.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340g) rotini
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup diced salami
  • 1/2 cup cubed cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Italian dressing
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Toss with dressing while it is still cool and damp.
  3. Fold in cucumber, tomatoes, olives, salami, and cheese.

Notes

Rinse the pasta. Hot pasta wilts the vegetables and drinks the dressing.
