- 2 ounces (60ml) dark rum
- 4 ounces (120ml) cold ginger beer
- 1/2 lime
- ice
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the rum, then the ginger beer.
- Squeeze the lime over the top and stir once.
Notes
Ginger beer, not ginger ale. Ale is milder and sweeter.
